Because you want to see the show. Full frontal and up close.

Because language and words are still full of dark magic and dead sexy.

Because you are a morbid twisted individual who actually still believes in literature and are sick of affirmations and aphorisms badly cosplaying as poetry and mass market airport books and beach reads being considered lit.

This is not your book club, Karen and Becky. This is my blog.

I’m a performance poet, writer, editor, and cancer survivor. I live in Atlanta, GA, with my doppelgänger and alien cats. My dear ones call me “Queen Bitch”.

I’m editor of Memento Mori Ink Magazine’s “Morsus Vitae” Literary Magazine -exclusively for MMI’s free newsletter subscribers. Recent big projects are The Body As Haunted (Authortunities Press) and Nature Triumphs : A Charity Anthology of Dark Speculative Literature.

My words are in/forthcoming from Space & Time Magazine, Hotel Macabre Vol. 1 (Crystal Lake Publishing), Star*Line, Weird Fiction Quarterly, Penumbric, Amazing Stories, Dreams & Nightmares, Abyss & Apex, Punk Noir, Angry Gable Press, and many more. I wrote for White Wolf Gaming Studio. Werespiders ruining LARPs are all my fault.

I am a 2024 SFPA Pushcart Prize nominee and the 2025 Rhysling Award Chair. They have turned the current on the chair.

Like a cat, I’ve had many lives, from alternative erotica model in the 2000’s to June Cleaver with a cleaver before that. All my lives aren’t used up yet.
